SD card not recognized on s4

Msg comes up that my sim.card not recognized also will not download or send or receive pics

Hello,

What is the problem? Msg is about your SIM card but your title is about SD card.

-> SD card not recognized on s4 ->>> you must format that SD card first (normal format FAT32) and then plug it in.
-> Msg comes up that my sim.card not recognized ->>> your sim card may be locked ( do you have a PIN ? ). Contact your mobile operator about any problems with your SIM card.
