sd card problem

I had to return my galley phone due to speaker problem, they gave me a new one. Go insurance! Out is not detecting the sd card. In the settings menu under storage it says to mount sd card. It's in the slot on the side. I don't get what's wrong. Help please. Btw I don't own a pc

Make sure you pushed the card in all way. if still it doesn't work, the card may be corrupted so buy a new one.

First check your card on other phone or in computer using card reader.
