Search button not working in Samsung smart tv

When I click on the Search button , it just keeps on Downloading Data and shows nothing..How can i search what I need...PLS GIVE A SOLUTION TO FIX THIS ISSUE

WHY NOT CONTACT SAMSUNG and ask them and adding THINGS IN CAPS doesn't get you can answer quicker.
