Searching for a good laptop

Hi community ,
I m searching for a laptop with A budget of 450€.
The laptop should:
- have windows 10
- Have an ssd with at least 128gb
( 250 If possible)
- Have at least 15.6 inch

Could someone Please advice me based on your own experience. This is for a friend of Mine and i m not familiar with the current market.

€450 is not much for a laptop, but we should be able to find something.

What will the purpose of this laptop be? School work, work, gaming, movies, etc?

Also, with a low budget like yours I would recommend purchasing a used laptop. Is that something you will consider?

Purpose of the laptop are work (office related stuff) and the internet. No gaming at all and nothing that would eat a lot of resources.

Are laptops that expensive? I ve found a couple for under 500 bucks that would work. I still use this forum because i want to be sure its not a crappy one ^^
