I just wanted to know if a amd a10-7300 radeon r6 10 compute cores 4c - 6g 1.90 ghz with a 6.95 usable ram will be able to get a gtx 770

No laptop is compatible with a desktop graphics card, there is no way to connect it. There are DIY ways to do it, however the bandwidth would be so low that it wouldn't be worth it.
