Sennheiser 363d to xbox one

I looked all over and cannot seem to find the answer, I want to use this headset on my xbox one, just plugging in the usb does not seem to work. Any suggestions would be great, thanks.

Did you try plugging in the headphone to the adapter that came with them (PCV05) and then plugging that into the controllers heaphones port?

it doesnt come with the pcv05
