I factory reset them but now they aren't pairing anymore. I know they reset too, because the purple light blinked a few times. I do remember them being stuck on the 'purple' and i had to shut them down and back up again. Windows 10 says they got no response from the headphones or something. I tried on my mobile too and no luck. They are fully charged. If you start them up, they are automatically in pairing mode?
