Sennheiser PC 363D 7.1 not being created anymore?

Hello,

After some research the Sennheiser PC 363D 7.1 is the number 1 gaming headset. I want to buy but it's sold out on every website that sells it(in the nederlands).

Is senheiser creating a new headset to replace this one or what is going on?

Amazon/ebay low on stock or no stock.

Or should I ge this one because the rating and price is great. HyperX Cloud II

I comes with a USB dongle that gives you the 7.1 surround sound is this prefered to use or should I use a application instead?
