Setting radio stations

I have a P9628B Planet Audio Stereo and I can't figure out how to set my radio stations. I set them when I get in, but when I get back in the truck later all the stations have cleared, so I have to reset them all again.

Please help!

Check the wiring diagram for the unit. It should have a 12v lead that connects to an always hot 12v+ as well as one that is turned off by the ignition key. If don't connect the always on one the head will lose the presets.

^What he says. There is one wire that you must provide a constant 12V (even with car turned off), ask your installer wu's up? Some units have a little backup battery you forgot to provide?
