Question Settings on my windows laptop for improving the fps in borderlands 3

Hi there,
I own a Lenovo s145 it is a budget-friendly laptop with a dedicated graphics card (Nvidia mx110 and it is not very good for gaming) Lately I have started to play borderlands 3 and I am experiencing terrible fps I am not planning on upgrading my laptop any time soon. Do you think that these settings could actually help in improving the overall gaming experience ? I need your advice on this because I don't want to mess something up
