Setup Disk, no Hidden Partition onHDD>

I need a recovery disk for a Toshiba satellite A210 . I was given this computer as a present. no hidden partition on HDD. is it possible to get a setup disk?

Toshiba supply recovery discs for certain models (main criteria is age of model) so you should try them - - I bought a set from them myself 4 years ago so I know they supply them - or used to do.

I ordered them via this website: https/backupmedia.toshiba.eu/

But it's timing out at the moment, don't know why.
