Well, I don't see much merit into the new Amazon gadget, as compared to a brand-new PS3:
- PS3 is EUR 150 with controller
- PS3 plays physical blue-rays and DVDs
- PS3 has hundreds of great AAA and indie games
- PS3 has the sharpshooter (although the move never picked-up, but you are doing yourself injustice if you have not played Killzone 3 with the sharpshooter)

One thing to remember here is you're playing it on a tiny "smart" box. The fact this game is being compared to console games at all says a lot.
