Why is this popping up? Code 87 paramenter incorrect.Shut down and restart is the only way to unlock the PC.

When is it popping up? Need some details about the issue.

Basically un announced .Sometimes I may go a full day without seeing it. Today I did not.I did a restart and a restore and so far so good.However that could change before I get this posted.Thanks for your resonse.

This come up when you are in any particular application? If you look at the Event Log in Windows, Applications one probably, you should see some errors in there that may get you more details.
