do you see a boot up logo and such? if not, a reset probably won't help.

unfortunately i don't, usually when switching on my tv it would say sharp

Than I doubt a firmware update or reset is going to help. Could be anything at this point, T-Con board, power board, any of the other boards inside.

If it's an older TV, it's usually not even worth trying to fix. If it's a newer one, you could try contacting sharp. Some models have a way to flash the firmware via usb and buttons with no image, but the no image part usually means somethings fried.

its a new model bought it in November 2016 Model number, LC-49CF6001K, its done this before and after a few hours I've manged to get it, to get the sharp sign to appear.

If it's not even a year old, it'd be under a manufacture warranty and I'd get a new one. You shouldn't have to mess with a TV for hours to get it going.
