should i buy that laptop ?

Msi gt72 6gd (used)
this laptop came with 8gb ram , i7 6700hq and gtx 970m 3 gb MXM
but it was upgraded to gtx 1060 3gb MXM
would it affect the g-sync? as i heard that it isn't official upgrading and g-sync won't work
this laptop is for 737$ (897$ with shipping and importment fees)
should i buy it or wait for better deal on black friday ?

For around that price you can buy the same laptop brand new albeit with a GTX1050Ti 4GB version. In retrospect, you get warranty and is a brand new laptop. There's no telling what the laptop in question has gone through.

and do u think that a laptop with gtx 1050 ti would be better than one with gtx 1060 3gb ?

You don't need to have several posts for the same question. I would not spend $900 on a system when you can get a new one with the same specs for only a bit more. If you keep asking about different systems everytime someone makes a suggestion you will never end up getting anything.
