Should I buy this laptop at this price or wait?

Is $1848 a good price for:

MSI laptop with
GTX 980m 8gb
17.3" FHD matte antiglare ultra bright (1920x1080)
1tb 5400+250gb samsung ssd
32gb kingston hyperx ram
Dvdr, windows 7 (10), soundblaster

Should i just buy this guy or wait for better price?

Seems really reasonable for the specs to be honest. Not many laptops can have 32GB ram + 250gb and 980M for 1848.

Really?! that is very much unnecessary at that price. Try the barebones on Xotic PC for the GT80 from MSI. Its wayyy chepaer and you can drop in the upgrades for a fraction of the price. Also why don't you wait for Pascal? There are supposed to be huge performance improvements.

Thats not a bad deal. I would look at boutique stores just to make sure though, just in case something has come up.

It may very well have been on the first page. There was someone apparently spamming the forum yesterday or the day before. A crapload of posts on old threads. The mods get rid of the spam posts and the spammer, but it still leaves the old threads on the first page if the spam was recent enough.
