Should i do anything if a pc has been collecting dust for a long time

So i got my pc taken away from me for 3 months and i was wandering is there anything i should do to it beside doing all the updates?

Doing all the updates to the OS and software is definitely something you should do. However, aside from that I would open it up and see how much dust it might have collected internally that needs to be cleaned (chances are not much but you never know).

If you haven't used it in 3 months then nothing is wrong with it, just simply connect to the internet and update stuff.
