Shut down it self and freezing red line on the screen

i bought my Samsung on 20.12.2012

and from the first day of use i have problem

when i had warranty i sent my laptop to Samsung centr they just reinstal windows and drivers

1. it shut down it self ( when i start my laptop,if i watching movie,i palying game )

event on the right sight and i using cooler (am not blocking events NEVER)

2. some times my laptop freezing and have red lines on the screen i cant even turn it off i have take out battery to restart it
