how do i get game and chat audio in the headset. game sound is comming out desktop speakers and i have chat only

Set your default device(in Windows) to your speakers and then set your void program to use the headset(in its own options).

Programs like Teamspeak support this without any issues. I am not sure of how many in-game voice options support multiple cards like this.
