Question Sign in to Work Microsoft Teams account on my personal laptop?

Hi,
I wish to Sign in to my Work Microsoft Teams account on my personal laptop.
However, my Teams on the home laptop wont let me.
It says its because it a work account.

Is there any way round this.
Is it just a case of getting into teams on my work laptop and extracting the password?

Contact the IT dept at your job.
Work with them.
