Sign on offline

I can't sign on my computer because it keeps saying your computer is offline...HELP

I SHUT IT OFF..FN THIS N THAT AMD STILL DOESN'T WORK

if you can logon in SafeMode, possibly by holding shift while booting, you may be able to login and create a Local Profile that can be logged in to with an offline account.

if not, reinstalling Windows 10 and choosing a Local Profile as your main administrator account should avoid this in the future.
