It depends on your phone.

Some has a mute button, so check on the side or top.

Sometimes just turning up will enable the sound once again.

IF you don't have a mute button, then head to settings and find the volume and turn it on.

This is practically all you can do. If nothing helps, then you got yourself a broken phone.
