Similar laptops to new 2013 MacBook Air?

I've been looking around, but I can't seem to find a laptop with the same new Haswell CPUs that the new MBA houses. Anyone know why?

I'm looking for a laptop with a ~13-14 inch screen, under 3.5 lbs, and great battery life. I would like to run ubuntu, but can settle with OS X.

Recommendations?
