Will Acer One 14 be able to install Sims 4?

You need to compare the specs to the computer versus the game requirements. Then, if the computer has the minimum amount needed, then I would suggest not installing the game, as it will likely run very badly, and you won't be able to add anything to it or create things.

If, however, the computer has more that the game requires, then it would be good.
