Simultaneous audio through optical and analog?

I would like to play sound simultaneously through my sound bar (Toslink optical connection) and through surround speakers (analog connections). Is there a receiver or splitter that would allow me to do this?

Just be aware, that you MAY get differing sound latency between the analogue output, and the Optical digital.

You will need a way to process surround sound for the analog speakers. Just duplicating the soundbar won't do that.
