Question Sketchy looking app. What is it??

This morning Kaspersky alerted me that a program with limited permissions was trying to run a program.
I blocked it from running because I can't figure out what it is.
I've searched everywhere & have been unable to find anything at all on this program.
Nothing in the properties match up with each other (that I've been able to find).

What do the TG Gurus think?

Edit: I forgot to mention, the name of the folder containing this app is called "Slgerpantebreve" and it's located in AppData\Roaming.

Looks, on the surface, like a banking app. Is this your bank?

You've got a program named after a physical/medical condition.
You've got a product named after a banking solution.
You've got a Legal Trademark after a Paper company.

I'm not seeing any way for these three to combine into a legitimate application. I would definitely remove it.

That was my first instinct. Nothing added up but Kaspersky didn't flag it as dangerous.

What were you doing when this was detected?

It was detected during a restart after the latest Windows 11 update.

Certainly not a Windows payload. Would have come from elsewhere. Detection is very likely coincidental to the update.
