Slow internet speed on only 1 computer (Samsung)

So starting yesterday my computer has been having slow internet connection, I play a game called league of legends and it relys on ping and it has high ping. It started yesterday and im trying to figure out why this is happening. I checked the connection speed it is 135 mbps. I also uninstalled AMD APP SDK Runtime. Please somone help asap.

First do a complete virus/malware scan then update your network adapters.
