Small question about Lenovo Z50-70 (need help fast please)

I wanted to know if Z50-70 with these specs is good for the price :

• Processor : Intel® Core™ i7-4510U
• Operating system : Free Dos
• Memory : 4 GB DDR3
• Storage : 500GB+8G SSHD
• Display :15.6 inch HD LED
• Graphics : Nvidia G840M 4 GB Dedicated
• Battery :4 CELL
for about 5200 EGP (equal about 725$ "USD") .. is it good ?

AND does this laptop "i7 version" have BACKLIT keyboard like Z510 or not ?

My thought is probably not.
What will you be using this for?

Freedos is not likely to be able to run any worthwhile programs; you probably want windows.

Surely i will install a copy of windows, it just come without an OS.
Study, photoshop, light games "PES, NFS.." maybe

I cant talk about value, particularly outside the US.
That is something only YOU can determine.

I do like Lenovo as a laptop vendor, particularly the Thinkpad line which has superior keyboards.

On every laptop I own, I have replaced the hard drive with a ssd. It makes all the difference in performance.
Your hybrid +8gb hard drive is really only marginally better than an ordinary hard drive in performance.

My strategy for laptops is to go to the Lenovo outlet and buy one with a minimal hard drive that I intend to replace, with a OS already installed because it is cheaper to Lenovo, and minimal ram which is cheap to upgrade.
Photoshop is an app that can use lots of ram.
