Smart blapunkt tv has sound when turned on but screen is completely black.

Is there a cable box connected to the TV? If yes, kindly check the cords connected between the TV and the cable box and make sure that it's properly plugged in and not loose. If you notice that there are close to being damage cables, I suggest you replace it right away. Make sure also that the correct input source is selected.
