Smart web printing

I have smart web printing in my "add or remove" file but I don't know how to access it. I would like to get a shortcut icon on the toolbar but I don't know how. Please help an 85 year old computer dummy to get smart web printing back.

It does not run in the toolbar, but as a side-bar in the web-browser. Uninstalling and Re-installing the program should do it. You can get the latest version here http://h30495.www3.hp.com/quickprint/standalone.msi called HP Smart Print.
