Question Smartwatch options

I’m trying to buy a smart watch that is able to connect to AirPods and play Spotify music. atm I’m thinking of getting an Apple Watch from plug tech as I’m not trying to break the bank and was wondering if anyone has bought from plug tech, and if they are reliable or are there is any other better alternatives than an Apple Watch. I’m mainly just going to use it for runs
