Question So am I out of luck?

A while back, early on playing MUT, I bought an XBox Madden points gift card and redeemed on the XBox app on my PC. Problem is, I launch Madden through the EA platform. Am I out of luck getting those points or is there a way to link the 2 platforms?

Tough... I always check which platform I'm activating on, because I've already lost FIFA points because of the same mistake. It's a stupid system. It would be cool if ea just unified progress and currency across platforms.
