So my Moto fell from my hands and it has very little damage , is it still water proof ?

Here the damage looks like , rest of phone is unharmed , this is the only damage , is it still water proof ?

My Moto fell from 4th floor , so it's water proof as you guys can see in the pic that the panel from the upper right corner from front of phone has lifted a bit , just A BIT not even the full panel just a bit of panel , so is it still water proof ? By the way this was the only part damaged from the entire phone

I'm pretty sure 4 floors is out of the drop test range. I wouldn't trust its waterproofing anymore.
