Hello. I'm trying to find out the easiest way to update my software on my LG TV. Model # 42LH50. It will not connect to my network wirelessly. So I hardwired it from modem to TV. Immediately said it needed updated. I clicked update. It then went to a screen that said something about "not being saved to flash?" Then rebooted? I can't get it to update via automatic update. Manual update and EPN are the ONLY other options I have. Can anyone please help me. Between this and the TV not having any audio output accept optical for sound bar, I'm literally found out of my mind.

there are no firmware updates released yet
only the apps could be able to update

is the TV muted? Volume maxxed out?
disconnect the sound bar and try audio without it
