Solution for connecting to my wireless router

My Toshiba laptop was connecting to my wireless router by clicking on the icon in the lower right corner and then selecting the name of my router. I was able to do this for a long time then all of a sudden, when I click on the wireless icon, the window displays but there are no wireless names displayed in that window to select from.
I would be grateful if anyone could give me a fix for this problem

Windows 10:
go to Settings > Network & Internet >
Manage Wi-Fi Settings and/or Change Adapter Settings should lead to the option(s) and/or fix you may need.

So.. it's not seeing the router? I would try restarting the router first.
