my lenovo flex 3 always go blank on the screen and the backlit will still be on until i forcefully switch on and off before it comes up again and i just bought it new.

Hi,

If it's new I would suggest resetting it first back to factory and if that will still not work I would take it back to the store where it was purchased from.
