[Solved] Red spot in computer screen

i hav a dell inspiron 1464 ....whenever there is a movement of my laptop lid there are some crack spots appears in the screen .......can u help me

Why did you mark your thread as [Solved] ?
That's telling people it's NOT a problem any longer.

Can you tell... Are the cracks in the plastic cover ... above the actual screen? Or in the LCD screen itself?

there is no crack outside ...it seems some irrespective colour changes or red spots appearing in the screen when there is a movement of lid ...but its turned into normal screen when there is no movement of lid ...

It's hard to tell for sure from your description but Im guessing you'll need a LCD screen replacement.
