Some keys on samsung laptop not working

I have a Samsung RV511 laptop some of the keys on the righthand keypad and some along the top of the keyboard have stopped working can someone help please

You would have to talk with Samsung, we can't help you fix defective keys.

Keyboards don't really fail per fault of software. Chances are this is a hardware failure that will either need addressed by Samsung or a third party (replacement keyboard).
