Someone has hacked my laptop & I need an app to remove them

A person has told me if I turn my laptop off it will crash. I need an application that will identify & remove hackers & vulnerable programs

You should try to run Windows Defender on your PC and do a scan. If you can do that, you can try Malwarebytes or Malwarefox for a deeper clean. If programs such as Windows Defender and Task Manager won't open, you should search for a RAT removal guide.

DO you mean you received a popup claiming the afforementioned warning, with an advisory number to call?
