Someone stole my LG escape 3 and I need my contacts anyone have any suggestions please and thanks

Unless your contacts were saved in the cloud (say in your Google account or with your carrier logon and backup) you will not get your contacts back. A trick I used before is when a new phone is activated, you can just look at your text messages and fill in the names in contacts based on that, if you remember what messages came from who that is.
