Is this even possible? There is static noise on my headphones whenever i connect them to my PC. I sent both pc and headphones to repair shop and they say they can't notice any noise.
If you use wireless headsets your a lot more likely to experience problems as there can be a ton of wireless interference if you don't mind posting it, what headsets are you using?
Do the headphones make this noise when used with other sources? Could be a bad connector or wire on headphone if so. Does the PC make static noise with other headphones? Bad connector or wiring need to be moved inside the case.

The problem is... well let's say it's very strange. Headphones on some PCs make more noise and on some PCs less noise and on some there is no noise at all (i talk about my main headphones).
About my PC i tried 4 pair of headphones and there is static noise on all of them. Guys from repair shop who built my PC for me they said there is no noise whether they use my headphones or theirs. They used different PSU cable, power cable, i don't know proper name. So it might be that i am not sure...
