Solved! Sony FW-75BZ35F Dim Section

Hi All,

Have a strange issue with a Sony FW-75BZ35F. One section, top to bottom is dim under high brightness. Really shows when watching a hockey game. Not sure if I should try and repair or just live with it. Seems like might be backlight. It was a return from a client that my reseller asked me to recycle, so can't call warranty support.

not like yours (straight edge)

the panel connections would be my guess (soldered or bonded flex connections)
or the T-Con board
