Sony Sued Over Do-Not-Sue Clause

This should be fairly open and shut...
Some states have laws regarding the barring of law suit contracts.. not sure on the feds, but it would seem to me that since any one can legally file suit against any one for anything, anything barring the use of the justice system would be thrown out...
But hey, this is America, where law is fair and just....hah....
 
In my country (and probably most of European Union) an agreement cannot remove human rights granted by The Constitution even if you "willingly" signed/accepted such an agreement. So accepting Sony's EULA would not remove my right to sue them.

Something similar has to be the case for US as well, otherwise you would have a lot of legal slavery involving people being tricked into signing agreements removing their basic human rights. :)
 
I didn't buy a PS3... have no intention of doing so.

whew another security breach avoided! ;-)
