Sony vaio audio problems

Hello,I am having a major issue with installing audio drivers for my sony vAIO vgn-n365e. I Have downgraded from vista to xp do to performance issue and realtek audio drivers are installed by default

So the drivers will not install from sony's support site? See if they have any XP drivers available, if not, I assume that you have already tried the vista drivers?
