Sony wireless side broken

My sony headphone when I use the wireless bluetooth part the right side doesn't work the model number is MDR-XB950BT but when I use the headphone with the wire it works perfectly please help

The bluetooth headphone needs to be paired with the device you wish to use it with.

I know I tried with a bunch of other device but it doesn't work with the right side

Seriously weird. As the headset works with the wire, both left and right the right speaker is ok. However, as it cuts out with the Bluetooth, must be some issue with the Bluetooth sending the signal. Doubt this can be fixed.

I have the opposite problem. They work perfectly over bluetooth but only one side when wired.
