Yesterday I installed a Wireless PCI network card so I could remove the wire hanging out of my window. This has been set up and is working fine but I have had an issue.

This is my current set up.

VGA cable in the back of the xbox 360 has been plugged into the monitor and the audio output from the same cable into the back of my tower.

In the front of my tower I have my Turtle Beach X11's plugged in.

This works fine and have no sound issues when the computer is turned off but for me to play xbox live I need the PC on, so when the PC is on the sound from the xbox is really quiet and I dont know how to fix it?

Please help,

Alex

what have you done to try?

have you been through all of the volume controls?

i dont see how your xbox is playing music through the soundcard if the computer isnt turned on.
there wouldnt be any amplification and you might as well just hook up the headphones directly to the xbox.

why do you need the PC to be turned on to play xbox live?
