Question Sound suddenly disappeared on right side

At first, the sound was still working on both sides but after a while, the sound on the right side suddenly stopped working. I tried reinstalling the drivers but it didnt work. I also downloaded all windows update but to no avail. I tried using another headphone and the right side still doesnt work so it most probably isnt my headphones that is at fault here.

What are the specs (make/model of components for a desktop or make/model of laptop) for your system?
