Well no. If it had an RCA Jack it couldn't possibly be optical. There are convertors from SPDIF to TOSlink

There is a also a SPDIF to HDMI if that helps.

What TV and Soundbar are you trying to hookup? Those are the two factors that will decide any options you might have.
