Soundcard, amp or Dac?

I have reacently bought myself a pair of Philips fidelio x2, and i'm looking for a soundcard/Dac/amp. Any recomendations?

With 30ohm impedance you don't need anything overly powerful to drive them, I like the ASUS Phoebus Solo soundcard, really happy with mine and it does great in reviews
