Sounds are coming in like robots*

Hello, I reformatted my PC a couple hours ago and Just got done installing all the updates. But I think something is wrong with my Audio.

I'm on TeamSpeak with friends and everyone sounds like a robot. Even Youtube Videos are coming in like that.

I updated my Audio Drives and it still continues. It only lasts about 2 minutes then it goes away, then comes back. Pretty annoying.

delete audio drivers then install new ones
